On Hold. We know how it works with clients, please once you choose your lightings, call us or send us an email letting us know you need it “On Hold”, and we will keep it 7 days for you. If you need more time, no problem, we will discuss it.
Status. We select our pieces carefully, we distinguish between Patine and bad maintenance…these do not enter our inventory. All our lightings are checked before departure, we make sure they work. 90% of our lightings go to US. YES, we confirm they work with US electricity.
Packaging. These pieces are very special, we have always been very concerned about it and about you. Therefor we produce a tailored wood box to protect each piece. We have large experience on this field. You will receive what you have purchased.

Payment. We accept bank wire and credit card
Return Policy. We are committed to build long and trusting relationships with you, we work to be your partner, any issue you may find regarding the lightings, leadtimes, payment, technical features,…please let us know, we will give you the answer you expect, we think and feel like you. Even in the case the fixture you have purchased does not suit you or your project, you have 14 days to return it. In this case we kindly ask you to package the piece as received. Once we receive it and confirm everything is in good condition we return the amount, deducting return shipment and 25% to cover handling and packaging costs. Please also understand customs duties and taxes will not be returned.
